Giving Up Lent for Lent
As we journey through Lent, let’s strip away the layers of tradition that have potentially obscured the core of our faith. Are our practices merely habitual, or do they reflect a true, living connection with Jesus Christ?
In 2 Corinthians 13:5-8 Paul calls for a critical introspection of our faith, urging us to test and affirm Christ’s presence within us. It’s a challenge to move beyond the superficiality of ritual and embrace the depth of genuine belief.
