Part III

Reasons 21-30
  1. To reconcile us to God. (Romans 5:10)
  2. To bring us to God. (Ephesians 2:13)
  3. So that we might belong to Him. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
  4. To give us confident access to the Holiest place. (Hebrews 10:19)
  5. To become for us the place where we meet God. (John 2:19-21)
  6. To bring the Old Testament Priesthood to an end and become the eternal High Priest.
    (Hebrews 9:24-26)
  7. To become a sympathetic and helpful priest. (Hebrews 4:15-16)
  8. To free us from the futility of our ancestry. (2 Peter 1:18-19)
  9. To free us from the slavery of sin. (Revelations 1:5-6)
  10. That we might die to sin and live to righteousness. (1 Peter 2:24)

Only our God could love His creation so much to give up His son’s life, for death on a cross, to save you and me from the justice we deserve; hell. This Easter season, perhaps we can all start to understand God’s love and appreciate His grace filled, mercy and forgiveness driven eternal salvation plan? What a joy Easter could be if all of God’s people celebrated the Savior and the salvation plan!

Reasons 11-20

  1. To complete the obedience that becomes our righteousness. (Philippians 2:8)
  2. To take away our condemnation. (Romans 8:34)
  3. To abolish all rituals as basis of salvation. (Galatians 6:12)
  4. To bring us to faith and keep us faithful. (Jeremiah 32:40)
  5. To make us Holy, blameless and perfect. (Hebrews 10:14)
  6. To give us a clear conscious. (Hebrews 9:14)
  7. To obtain all good things for us that are good for us. (Romans 8:32)
  8. To heal us from moral and physical sickness. (Matthew 8:16-17)
  9. To give eternal life to all believers. (John 3:16)
  10. To deliver us from the present “Evil Age”. (Galatians 1:4)

This Easter, will we honor, follow, obey ad align ourselves with God’s Salvation Plan?

Scripture: Isaiah 53:3-10
“50 Reasons Why Christ Suffered & Died”
Part 1

750 years before Christ was born, the prophet Isaiah foretold of the Messiah, the Christ, who would suffer and die for you and me.
But Why?

Reasons 1-10

  1. To absorb the Wrath of God(Galatians 3:13)
  2. To please His Heavenly Father – Plan of Salvation. (Ephesians 5:2)
  3. To learn obedience and be perfected. (Hebrews 5:8)
  4. To achieve His own resurrection from the dead. (Hebrews 13:20-21)
  5. To show the wrath of God’s love, grace and mercy for sinners. (Romans 5:7-8)
  6. To show His own love for us. (Galatians 2:20)
  7. To cancel the legal demands of the law against us. (Colossians 2:13)
  8. To become a ransom for many. (Mark 10:45)
  9. For forgiveness of our sins. (Matthew 26:28)
  10. To provide the basis for justification. (Romans 3:28)

Do you realize all Jesus has done for us? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to be obedient to God’s callings and commands? If so, then please come forward, align yourself with God’s word, will and way. Become all He created you to be and thank Him for every blessing!
